Coping Skills Wallet Card

Stress, overwhelm, anxiety, avoidance, and etc. hit us hard sometimes -- in the car, at your desk, in the middle of a conversation, or when you're just trying to hold it together. That's why I created this wallet-sized “Coping Skills Card” ~ something small you can carry, but powerful enough to help ground you when things feel overwhelming. ​


The card includes:

* Quick coping reminders like: “Wise Mind and Opposite Action”

* A gentle note to remind you —You've survived 100% of your hard days. 

Print it. Tuck it in your wallet or attach it to your work badge. Tape it to your mirror. Share it with a friend.
